Bags Are Still In

As a young kid, I took the usual path to adulthood. I collected stamps, coins and gifts. Collecting those items made me enjoy childhood. As I grew up though, I belonged to a group of bag collectors that everybody in school loved to hate. Call it questionable infamy, but our group is the most talked-about group in school.
Back then, we were the trendsetters. We dictated what would be the next “in” thing or fashion. In fact we started all the personalized logo promotional bags fad last year. What we started became a big hit. Everybody doesn’t seem to let herself seen without those famous promotional products.
Back then, if you see us coming with our personalized logo promotional backpacks and messenger bags, you should stay well out of the way. That means we are in the zone and we do not want any body to mess with us, lest block our way.
Now that we’ve grown old and gained a few pounds, we still maintain the ‘fashion savant’ attitude that we had years ago. Now, we are trying to penetrate the older market of the socially-challenged. We now sport personalized logo promotional briefcases and attaches bags in the office.
The reactions we get are still the same. The look of awe, envy, jaw dropping admiration and anger are still there. Our group still have the magic that we had decades ago. The bags that we started to showcase before are here now, ready to be seen by everybody who wished to be us.
